1Acceptance of Terms

Only one account is allowed per one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or circumventing restrictions is considered a serious violation and results in the immediate closure of all identified accounts, with any bonuses used being withheld. Balances deposited with personal funds (without bonuses) are returned after review.

By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The 65kcom is not liable for issues arising from incorrect data provided by the user, including difficulties in processing withdrawals.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

The 65kcom follows identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) procedures to protect players and meet regulatory obligations related to anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

Withdrawals:

• The processing time is up to 30 minutes for verified accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to completion of the corresponding rollover before they can be released.
• The 65kcom may request additional documentation before approving withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00.

5Sports Betting Rules

• Events cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours will have all bets voided and the amounts wagered returned.
• In accumulator bets, if one event is cancelled, that event's odds are replaced with 1.00 and the remaining selections stay valid.

The 65kcom actively monitors unusual betting patterns. Bets that indicate insider knowledge of outcomes, involvement in match-fixing schemes, or the use of automated betting systems will be investigated and may result in the cancellation of winnings and account closure.

6Bonuses & Promotions

The 65kcom offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions for active players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on each offer's page. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are:

• Welcome bonus: available to new users only, upon making their first deposit. It is not possible to receive the welcome bonus on a second account created with the same CPF.
• Rollover: every bonus has a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The standard rollover for Sports Betting is 5x the bonus amount. For casino, the standard rollover is 30x. Please check the terms of each specific promotion, as these amounts may vary.

9Prohibited Conduct

• Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that interferes with the platform's normal operation.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or third-party documents.
• Any form of match-fixing or participation in sports result manipulation schemes.
• Money laundering through deposits and withdrawals with no genuine betting activity.
• Bonus abuse through hedge betting designed to artificially minimize risk in order to meet rollover requirements.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or using another person's account.
• Any conduct that negatively affects the experience of other users on the platform.

10Account Closure & Suspension
